No! Each ring is hand crafted with precious metals that will not rust, fade, discolor, or tarnish.

Can our rings fit a man or children?

Absolutely! Our rings are made to be adjustable to fit all sizes. Our jewelry has been worn and loved by over 25,000 happy customers!

Will the ring catch edges or get caught on clothing?

Our intricate designs are smooth around the edges to ensure your jewelry will not catch onto objects or clothing!

What are your shipping times?

Since most goods are custom, we need 1-3 days to process your order.


Once shipped orders take 5-10 days to arrive worldwide!

Do you allow for multiple engravings?

Yes! Please first add a ring to your cart, you will then be directed to the cart page, there will be a note section labeled "Add a note to your order" where you can enter multiple engraving customizations for each ring. 


Example: 2 rings with Grandpa 1 ring with Dad


Or, you can simply add your first engraving, hit the back arrow to return to the product page where you can enter the second engraving. Repeat the process until you have what you need!

Can I engrave a heart into the ring?

Yes! We do allow for symbols, such as a heart, to be engraved into the ring.

Example: Grace ❤️ or Grace <3

Where are you located?

Our company is incorporated in California! 

Can I pay with PayPal?

Absolutely! Please first proceed to checkout, at the top of the checkout page there will be an express checkout option where you can select to pay through PayPal or our other payment providers.

How can I check the status of my order?

You can check your order status by clicking on the user icon to the left of the shopping bag at the top right of this page. If you don't have an account, you will still receive an email update with a tracking number when your order is shipped.

Can I change or cancel my order?

We pride ourselves on fast order processing and shipping. Due to this, we cannot guarantee any changes to your order once it has been shipped. If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately here contact us

How do I know if my order was processed/shipped?

Upon completion of your order / checkout, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details. Once your order has shipped, we will send you an email confirmation that includes the tracking number for your package. If you have an account with us, you can login to your account and view your order. If you believe your order was processed and you didn't receive an email, contact us via our contact form or email us here. Please be sure to check your spam and or junk mail folders.
